Delivery
UK Mainland
We currently ship products to UK mainland via Royal Mail or another courier service. We have two options for delivery, our cheapest option is £4.50, and we also offer a Tracked 24 option at £6.95. All products are sent in unbranded packaging - ideal if ordering as a gift.
If you live locally, you can also choose to pick up your order from our studio / gallery in Dinas Cross, SA420UY and save on the postage costs. This option can be selected during check out.
Southern Ireland
We can ship to Ireland for £12, please select ‘pick up my order’ at checkout, and we will email you about how to pay the additional postage cost.
Rest of the world
All other countries, please email us for a postage cost before making your purchase.
Import duties
Depending on which country you live in, there may be additional import duties to pay. These will need to be paid by you before your postal service will release the goods to you. Please make your own enquiries regarding import duties - our products are classed as Fine Art Prints.
A4 & 30cm by 40cm Prints
We aim to dispatch these orders within 1 to 4 working days (excluding: weekends & public holidays).
Larger Prints
Our larger prints are outsourced to our trusted printing company and can take 5 working days (excluding: weekends & public holidays) to arrive with us. After we receive and quality check them, we aim to dispatch them within 1 to 2 working days (excluding: weekends & public holidays).
Fulfilment
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us to let you know. If sent by courier, you will also receive a notification including tracking details once it is on its way.
If you require an item more quickly, please contact us via email, and we will do our best to organise this for you.
Refunds & Returns
In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, we will issue a refund. Please contact us within 24 hours, and we will ask you to return the goods immediately. Cost of return postage will be provided by us only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
Should you not be happy with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods. Once the product has been returned, we will give you a refund. Please return items as new and in the original condition that you received them from us. Shipping charges on returned orders that are not faulty are at the customer’s expense, and we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
