About Orders
I’ve placed an order, what happens next?
Your order will now be processed and sent to be printed. If you ordered an A4 or 30cm by 40cm print, we will print it in-house and aim to dispatch it within 2 working days. Larger prints are outsourced to our trusted large scale printers and will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Can I return my order?
Should you not be happy with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods. Once the product has been returned we will give you a refund. Please return items as new and in the original condition that you received them from us. Shipping charges on returned orders that are not faulty are at the customer’s expense and we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. You’ll also need some proof of purchase.

Please Note* Prints larger than 30cm by 40cm are printed to order, and we are unable to offer a refund on these, unless the product is faulty.
You have two courier delivery options, which should I choose?
Our delvery options are based on timescale from the day of dispatch, our cheapest option can take up to 8 working days to arrive with you from dispatch, and our Tracked 24 option usually takes between 1 and 2 working days to arrive after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
All our orders are sent tracked, you’ll receive tracking info via email once dispatched.
What if the item I received is faulty/damaged?
If an order gets damaged in transit, we will reprint your order free of charge.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to the UK Mainland. If you would like us to deliver to another country, please contact us at coastandwild@gmail.com.
Can I pick my prints up from you?
Yes, you can pick your prints up from our studio space in Dinas Cross. This option can be selected during the checkout process.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe and can also accept Paypal, Clearpay and klarna payments.

Could you personalise or customise an art print for me?
Yes, please contact us at coastandwild@gmail.com with an idea of the customisation required and we will give you a tailored quote. You can also view our Bespoke Prints page, for more information.
Do you have a physical shop that I can visit?
We have a studio space that is open three days a week which you are welcome to visit. See our Studio / Gallery page for details.
Who stocks your prints?
Currently we have a handful of stockists, you can find them all on our stockists page.
I have a shop, how can I stock your prints?
If you are interested in stocking our pressed seaweed or old map prints - please don’t hesitate to contact us at coastandwild@gmail.com, or call us on 07794 336670. Alongside our wholesale options, we are also happy to operate on a sale or return basis.
Can I create a wishlist of my favourite prints?
Our website doesn't currently offer this option, but you can use our favourite free wishlist system - Thingstogetme - It allows you to create wishlists for any occasion, on the go, at home, anywhere you like, and you can share it with friends and family…
